A bit about me: in 2024, I had enough of working for someone else (hello mid-life crisis!). So I quit my job to save my sanity and opened up my heart to new possibilities. After I completed training in Marie Kondo’s Tidying School and Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute, I’m helping parents, non-parents, single, partnered peeps with healing themselves! With my empathetic style and dry humor, I give gentle guidance on (choose your own adventure —> ) overcoming chaos/confusion/clutter and getting closer to calm/connection/clarity.
