Who is Joy?

Howdy, I'm Joy Lee and in 2025 founded my company Respark Joy to tap into my love for organizing everything, from digital business procedures to a garage crammed with last year’s holiday decorations. I specialize in transforming chaotic spaces into organized, efficient havens.

A Deep-Rooted Love for Organization

Before launching into the world of professional organizing, I spent years in corporate and small-business environments. In those roles, I was the go-to person—the "do-everything-gal" who thrived on taking on projects focused on improving workplace efficiency. I loved finding the bottlenecks and creating streamlined systems that made everyone's day easier.

One of my favorite parts of those years was collaborating with my colleagues developing my team members. I am adept at adapting to the situation, whether I need to be a leader or a supportive team-mate; and I bring that same philosophy to organizing.

More Than Just Bins and Labels

While I love a perfectly labeled bin, my life is mostly balanced, organized chaos of activity!

I live with my husband, our two amazing young humans (a daughter and a son), our feisty one-eyed cat, and a flock of four chickens. If I'm not organizing a pantry, you can likely find me:

• 🌱 Gardening and re-wilding my property, turning it into an urban homestead and permaculture paradise.

• 🍾 Home brewing kombucha, a fun experiment in new flavors and fermentation with a side-benefit of boosting my gut health.

• 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ Getting in a HIIT workout in at Orangetheory Fitness South Tampa.

Building a business while juggling all my responsibilities is a bit exhausting, but I love tackling challenges by learning new productivity hacks and sharing my knowledge to help others do the same.
