In-person and remote options

I’m located in West Tampa and can travel up to 30 minutes for free. Distances up to 1 hour away will incur a $50 travel fee.

Online sessions are available for those outside my travel radius.

My Background

I’m a one woman show of a coaching business which I started in Fall 2024, after the two hurricanes Helene and Milton, that messed up my home town of Tampa Bay. It got me thinking about my life’s purpose and ikigai, and my conclusion was my career in the family business was not to be my life’s work.

In 2025 I searched for my next step, figuring out my Sparketypes and listening for clues. Enter the life-changing podcast about tidying up as a KonMari Consultant. It was a perfect match!

Something still felt incomplete within me until I followed the call to be a Conscious Coach with Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute. Eight months later I received my certification in 2026!

I’m proud to say that my search for meaning has found many gems buried deep inside me, and I’m beyond ecstatic to share my wisdom with you.
