Oh hey there dear reader.

Whoa, it’s July; yesterday was the end of Q2 2026!

There is so much on my to do list that I feel like I shoulda, woulda, coulda done by now this year. As per usual, I’ve been getting bummed out about it. Until I got on the phone with a trusted friend who reminded me of all the sh*t I already did, this year, this month, and literally yesterday.

In case you don’t have that friend, or simply don’t feel like there’s time to call (‘cause that’s real), allow me to be that gal for you.

YO!!! You really have come so far. Just being in my world means you have stepped into loving yourself.

And I could not be celebrating that fact about you any harder.

You’re doing a great job. Keep it up.
